Our signature spice fusion delivers a beautifully-matured spiced, blended whiskey with a higher degree of tannins and a feistier flavour profile-sans the harsh notes of its younger counterparts.
The Masala Process
FROM CASK TO GLASS SMOOTH AS VELVET
Mash it
Our corn and rye are ground and
mixed with hot, pure water in a large tank for agitation.
Ferment it
The mash is combined with yeast to ferment the sugars into alcohol. This period lasts approximately 70 hours.
Distill It
Meticulously distilled for a
lightly flavoured spirit.
Age It
Masala mingles and mellows for
a minimum of 3 years.
Drink It
After our whiskey is aged, it's ready to enjoy neat, on the rocks, or in one of our signature cocktails.
