Masala Whisky – A Fusion of Tradition, Craft, and Spice
From the fields to the bottle to your glass, every step of our Masala Whisky is crafted with precision and passion. This is Canada’s first spice-infused whisky, where time-honoured techniques meet bold innovation.

Our journey begins in Vulcan, Alberta, where the raw grains - rye and corn - are grown by Twin Valley Farms, a fifth-generation family operation dedicated to cultivating the finest grains. Their deep respect for the land, combined with modern farming techniques, ensures unparalleled quality at every harvest.

Our whisky is aged for five years in single-use American White Oak Bourbon barrels, charred to perfection. This aging process allows the spirit to absorb the oak’s rich tannins, developing layers of depth, warmth, and complexity. At barrel strength, our corn whisky reaches 78% and rye 72%, ensuring a bold foundation for an exceptional tasting experience.

What sets Masala Whisky apart is our signature spice infusion—a meticulous blend of carefully selected spices that enhances the whisky’s natural richness, creating a bold yet smooth profile. This infusion, combined with the pristine, mineral-rich waters of the Canadian Rockies aquifer, results in a whisky that is both distinctly Canadian and unapologetically bold.
