Lavender FIELDS
1 ½ oz Masala Whiskey
1 oz Lavender Honey Syrup
½ oz Elderflower Liqueur
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Lavender Tea
1 oz Egg Whites
Dry shake to froth. Add Ice and hard shake until chilled. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lavender buds.
Soy El Diablo
1 ½ oz Masala Whiskey
½ oz Lime Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
½ oz Crème de Cassis
Pinch of Cayenne
1 oz Grenadine
Ginger Beer
Pour grenadine into a Collins glass and fill with ice. Add whiskey, lime juice, simple syrup, and cayenne to shaker and shake with ice. Double strain over ice and fill glass with ginger beer until almost full. Float crème de cassis with the back of a bar spoon. Garnish with dried raspberries.

2 oz Masala Whiskey
1 oz Amaro Montenegro
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
2 Dashes Cherry Bitters
1 tsp Cherry Syrup
Stir with ice. Strain over king cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with Amarena cherries skewered onto a cocktail pin and a dehydrated orange wheel.
Saffron Yuzu Sour
Saffron yuzu sour
2 oz Masala Whiskey
1 oz Yuzu Juice
¾ oz Saffron Simple Syrup
1 oz Egg Whites
2 Dashes Almond Bitters
1 Cardamom Pod
Dry shake to froth. Add Ice and hard shake until chilled. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with saffron strands.
